What is the difference between a deluxe trophy case and an economy model? - The economy trophy and award case features a glass top with MDF base, while the deluxe model has an MDF top and base.
- The economy showcase with glass top does not include top lighting. The deluxe model includes four (4) 20-watt halogen lights at the top.
- The economy trophy cabinet is constructed with 5/16" thick tempered glass panels. The deluxe model features 3/8" tempered glass panels. In both models, the shelves are 9/32" thick tempered glass.
- The economy award showcase features black hardware, while the deluxe model features chrome hardware. In addition, the shelf clips on the economy model are a dark, pewter color while on the deluxe model these shelf clips are chrome.
- A final distinction is that the economy models are available both with and without interior lighting. When lighting is included, it is just side lighting. All of the deluxe models include both top and side lighting.
